COLEMAN RESEARCH GROUP ACQUIRES ENDOWMENT CAPITAL GROUP’S CLIO RESEARCH MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Knowledge Broker™ RMS will allow investment professionals to manage research projects across expert matching providers

New York, NY (April 2, 2008) – Coleman Research Group, Inc. (CRG), a global provider of highly-targeted primary research to top institutional money managers, hedge funds and private equity firms based in New York City, today announced the acquisition of Philadelphia-based Endowment Capital Group's research management software (RMS), Clio. CRG will immediately begin the integration of Clio with its own proprietary application, Knowledge Broker™, a web-based research management system, and rebrand the integrated software offering as Knowledge Broker™ Research Management Software (RMS). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Knowledge Broker™ RMS will be designed to help professionals in the investment community manage all aspects of their research and investment projects. Knowledge Broker™ RMS will also provide portfolio managers with the ability to locate and manage their database of industry contacts, create projects, facilitate compliance procedures, perform keyword searches, record and review a history of all research projects and produce real-time project reports. In doing so, Knowledge Broker™ RMS will facilitate research management and expert matching through CRG's Executive Forum.
