Kevin Coleman is Chief Executive Officer and President. Under Kevin's leadership CRG has grown from a startup to a leading primary research firm with an established reputation within the financial services industry. Before Kevin founded CRG, he was Vice President of Sales and a member of the management team at Multex, a global financial information provider that went public in 1999 and was purchased by Reuters in March 2003. Kevin has a BA from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Jeffrey Geisenheimer
Chief Financial Officer
 Professional Biography
Jeffrey Geisenheimer is Chief Financial Officer and oversees accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative roles at CRG. He most recently served as CFO of Ford Models, Inc., the largest talent and modeling agency in world, from April 2008 to January 2011. In this capacity, Jeff was responsible for all of the daily financial and administrative activities of the Company. Prior to joining Ford Models, Jeff was the CFO of two publicly traded companies (Market Guide, Inc. from 1987 to 1999 and Multex.com, Inc. from 1999 to 2003) and four private equity-backed companies (Managed Systems, Inc. from July 2007 to April 2008, Register.com, Inc. from March 2007 to July 2007, Instant Information, Inc. from July 2005 to March 2007, and Moneyline Telerate, Inc. from December 2003 to July 2005). Jeff received a BBA degree in banking and finance and an MBA in accounting from Hofstra University.

John Fitzgerald
Global Head of Sales
 Professional Biography
John Fitzgerald is Global Head of Sales, and oversees CRG's global sales team and client relationships. He has 25 years of experience in sales and general management, including executive-level experience in the expert network industry. Most recently, John was SVP in the Equity Sales Trading group of ConvergEx Execution Services, and he was previously recruited to be a Managing Director at Macquarie to launch the company’s “Knowledge Exchange” primary research business. In 2005, John founded the primary research firm, Primary Insight, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bear Stearns. Additionally, he has senior management experience at Katalyst, LLC (a boutique private equity firm), and at Standard & Poor's. John holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and is a graduate of Middlebury College.

Shabnam Boettle
Global Head of Marketing
 Professional Biography
Shabnam Boettle is Global Head of Marketing, responsible for the development and marketing of CRG’s research products and services. With 20 years of industry and investment research experience, including 10 years in the independent research space, she joined CRG in 2008 to launch Global Research Intelligence (GRI), the firm’s primary research platform. Previously, Shabnam founded HCRC Corp, a primary research and consulting firm focused on the healthcare sector. Prior to HCRC, she served as a member of the Investment Management Team and Senior Healthcare Analyst at Rochdale Investment Management. Shabnam graduated with a BS in Biology and an MS in Developmental Biology from American University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Brian Moroney
General Counsel & Compliance Officer
 Professional Biography
Brian Moroney is General Counsel and Compliance Officer and oversees all legal and compliance operations at CRG. Brian joined the Company in May of 2007, and previously worked at a Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he counseled clients regarding various business issues, with an emphasis on compliance with the federal securities laws. Brian graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2001 and earned his BA in 1996 from St. John's University.

Ron Waksman
Global Head of Product Management
 Professional Biography
Ron Waksman is Global Head of Product Management, and is responsible for overseeing the development of technology solutions that help make CRG's business operations faster and more efficient. Ron was a member of the executive management team at Multex and he has extensive experience creating financial research products and managing large development teams. He has architected client-interfacing tools for Goldman Sachs, Multex, Thomson Reuters, and Alacra, Inc. Ron will use his extensive background in building web-based systems to manage large databases with complex compliance rules to deliver new technology tools to CRG clients.

Brian Pietrewicz
Chief Technology Officer
 Professional Biography
Brian Pietrewicz is Chief Technology Officer and joined Coleman Research Group in October 2006. He is responsible for designing and implementing the various software and hardware systems that power the Company's workflows and products. In the early stages of his career, Brian worked in various software development and architecture roles in industries ranging from fashion to finance and companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Most recently, in 1999, Brian started Y-Merge, a financial analytics software company, where he built a number of online models to quickly analyze financial institutions. Brian and his partners sold Y-Merge to SNL Financial in 2002, and over the next 4 years, he helped build SNL into the premier information specialist for the banking, insurance, financial services, real estate, and energy sectors. Brian graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a BS in Biomedical Engineering.

Douglas Trafelet
Head of European Sales
 Professional Biography
Douglas Trafelet is Managing Director and Head of European Sales. Doug is based in CRG’s London office and oversees the firm’s European operations. Doug has been with CRG since inception and was instrumental in expanding CRG’s international operations. Prior to Coleman, Doug worked at Barker Capital LLC, a boutique investment bank in New York City. Before Barker Capital, he was an editor at National Geographic Magazine and a newswriter at the Tribune-owned station WGN TV in Chicago. Douglas holds a BA from Kenyon College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
