THE CONSULTATION PROCESS

At Coleman Research Group we pride ourselves on the quality of the Executive Forum Members that work with us. Our staff strives to make the right match each and every time we facilitate a consultation between an Executive Forum Member and an institutional investor client. Each step of the process is aligned with your interests:

STEP 1:  Research requested by client
The world's largest and most successful institutional investors come to Coleman Research Group for value-added primary research assistance. Whether they are testing a specific theory, or they simply want to learn as much as they can about an industry, Coleman Research Group's clients benefit from the opportunity to speak with relevant industry experts across the world. By becoming an Executive Forum Member, you have a chance to take part in the education of the institutional money management community and to earn a competitive honorarium.

STEP 2:  Search is performed by CRG
Coleman Research, using its proprietary search methods, explores its database for the most qualified Executive Forum Members. Coleman Research Group gives its Members the opportunity to advertise their skill sets to the research needs of institutional investors. By specifying primary areas of expertise and key experiences, Members increase their chances of being selected for a project.

STEP 3:  Executive Forum Members are identified
Members who fit the client’s criteria are matched with the client for one-on-one telephone consultations. Before a consultation is scheduled, Coleman Research Group reviews the project with you to verify your suitability and make sure the project is appropriate to your expertise. This allows you to focus on those opportunities that matter most.

STEP 4:  Compliance is completed
Before a consultation takes place, Coleman Research Group reminds the Members to oblige by its Terms and Conditions. If Members have not recently worked with Coleman Research Group, they are required to reconfirm their agreement. Your agreement to these terms is logged into our database for your protection.

STEP 5:  Call is scheduled
Coleman Research Group schedules the call between the institutional investor and the Executive Forum Member. Coleman Research Group has put systems in place to let Members indicate when they are available, which facilitates easier communication between the parties involved on each call.

STEP 6:  Invoice requested
After the call is completed Members can log into Coleman Research Group 's web-based interface, Knowledge BrokerTM, to submit an invoice. Through this secure system, Members have the opportunity to request how, when, and to whom payment should be made.
