As part of our continuing efforts to live and celebrate our culture, we will be commemorating one of our cultural beliefs every month of the calendar year. As a testament to our commitment to exemplify these core values, we will also be highlighting employees that have exhibited the qualities and behaviors associated with that month’s cultural theme on our social media channels.
Corporate culture refers to the beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company’s employees and management interact and conduct business. Often, corporate culture develops organically over time from the cumulative traits of the people the company hires. In a nutshell, culture is the way we do things around here.
Here at Coleman, we have identified our prevailing cultural beliefs to be:
- We Value Each Other
- We’re Driven to Constantly Improve
- We’re Accountable for our Actions
- We’re Empowered to Share our Ideas
- We’re all Professionals
- We’re Relentlessly Client Focused
Last month, we focused on the cultural belief: We Value Each Other. What does that mean to us? Here at Coleman, we invest in you, you invest in our clients, and our clients invest in the market…in the end it is all about growth. We value what you have to offer. This is a learning company, and we want to teach…but we also want you to teach us. We are here to support each other as much as possible to hit our personal and professional goals. We provide feedback in pinches rather than crunches because we are invested in your professional growth. We believe in our people and their long-term success. Whether it’s within our company or beyond, we believe in you!
