For those of you who are unfamiliar with the policy, Coleman employees who meet the following requirements can receive reimbursement for further education as outlined below:
- Employees will be reimbursed up to $1,000 USD or equivalent per calendar year
- College reimbursement covers the following fees:
- Tuition, application, matriculation, lab, general activity, and GMAT/LSAT/MCAT exams
- Outside training/seminars/professional certification reimbursement covers the following fees:
- Registration, transportation, mileage, gas, tolls, parking, train/airfare, overnight accommodations, hotel room and meals
- Eligibility requirements:
- Must first complete 1 year of service with Coleman
- Be a full-time employee
- In good standing with the company at the time of reimbursement request
