Coleman Research is currently recruiting a Survey Associate to join our global Survey Team in Raleigh, New York, or Boston. The Opportunity: The survey product is the newest and fastest-growing product in the company, so we are looking for an energetic individual who is excited to contribute to this expanding team. This role sits at the intersection of multiple diverse skillsets. We are seeking individuals who are capable of and interested in managing all aspects of the survey product, from the most technical areas of programming to the most commercial areas of relationship building, negotiation, and sales. It’s a great opportunity to develop and refine transferrable skills, including communication, critical thinking, product management, problem solving, programming, relationship building, research, task management and prioritization, and sales. Responsibilities: You will be part of a global team responsible for successfully managing survey projects from start to finish. Responsibilities of a Survey Associate may include: Survey design, including writing and/or editing survey questions targeting specialized audiences Programming the survey in Qualtrics after an accurate assessment of the time and complexity involved to deliver to the client Reviewing data on a continual basis to ensure quality and preparing survey data for client delivery Communicating and supporting clients throughout the survey process via email and by phone Managing vendor relationships and understanding their strengths and workflows Effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, each of which may be in different stages of the survey process Building relationships, both internally with our Client Management teams, as well as externally directly with our client accounts Proactively contributes ideas and unique skills to the survey team Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience at Coleman or 2-3 years of related work experience Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Must be detail oriented with an ability to work independently and under strict deadlines Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills Energetic, self-motivated, extremely organized, able to prioritize work and multi-task effectively Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Team player who works well on group projects Must be comfortable directly interacting with clients both via email and over the phone Experience using an online survey platform (Confirmit, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.) Experience with programming languages and/or web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly desirable but not required Project management experience is highly desirable but not required Experience using BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is ideal but not required Why Join Us?
