Coleman Research Announces New Partnership with Inspire

Coleman Research today announced a new partnership with Inspire, a volunteer organization of management consultants, who hail from leading firms including Bain, LEK, Deloitte and EY-Parthenon. The partnership will connect Inspire’s client base of nonprofit organizations that promote the public good to Coleman’s global network of experts, to advance their mission of improving results through strategic thinking and results-oriented analysis. The goal is to add operational and other expertise to Inspire’s management and strategy consulting projects, which have helped dozens of organizations since 1999.

To help with difficulties brought on by COVID-19, Coleman will give Inspire’s 500 volunteer consultants in 10 U.S. cities access to pro-bono consultations from experts in Coleman’s extensive network. Under the agreement, Coleman will support Inspire projects by offering three 30-minute calls per project at no cost to Inspire.

Coleman will use its proprietary technology to rapidly connect Inspire’s pre-MBA consultants with experts who have the precise experience needed for specific projects, drawing from its network of hundreds of thousands of experts. Inspire projects range from growth and expansion strategy to organizational effectiveness, new program development and more. Each local team of volunteers sources its own pro-bono projects and operate separately. All teams will be able to tap into Coleman’s network under the agreement.

“We’re proud to partner with Inspire and connect the next generation of consulting leaders with experts that will elevate the important work they’re doing for non-profits and K12 schools.” said Jimmy Suppelsa, Chief Revenue Officer of Coleman Research. “Now more than ever, we need to pull together, and we’re committed to helping the consultants from Bain, LEK, Deloitte and EY-Parthenon who are heeding the call from Inspire.”

“COVID-19 has put tremendous pressure on non-profits, which is forcing our clients to rethink conventional practices and operating models,” said Mimi Sax, Executive Director of Inspire. “We’re helping shape the new normal for institutions across the country and are thrilled to work with Coleman to that end.”
