Talent Development Associate

Coleman/VisasQ is seeking a Talent Development Associate to join our Human Resources Team in Raleigh, NC. The goal of this role would be to establish various training initiatives that align with our values and drive employee engagement and development. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Human Resources and work with subject matter experts across the organization to deliver innovative learning solutions. You will foster employee engagement and promote a culture of continuous learning while upholding Coleman’s values.
