In business, as in life, core values are deeply ingrained beliefs that guide our decisions and behaviors, and become an intrinsic part of our identity. Quality, Integrity and Collaboration are values that guide how we operate and define who we are as a company.
We believe in fostering a positive and productive working environment that truly embodies the “work hard, play hard” mentality. Through our intramural Coleman soccer and kickball teams, in-office and offsite happy hours, holiday parties and potlucks, and regular team outings and events - we celebrate our successes at the end of a hard day’s work.
We believe in fostering the personal and professional development of our employees, and strongly believe in our talents’ potential to develop into future leaders. We provide extensive orientation and training programs for each of our employees throughout their careers with Coleman, as well as educational assistance programs to encourage our people to stay curious and to continue learning. Giving back to our communities is an important part of who we are. In that spirit, we provide each employee with two paid community service days per year. In addition, we have spearheaded various charitable initiatives with organizations and nonprofits including local food banks, Habitat for Humanity and through in-office toy and clothing drives.
We encourage our employees’ professional and personal growth through ample internal growth opportunities. Throughout this progression, we provide extensive training and support to set our people up for success.
