As an Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the most relevant experts for our clients’ research projects. You will be expected to monitor industry news and establish professional relationships with senior-level industry professionals. Your time spent as an entry level Analyst will equip you with the necessary skills and training to succeed in more senior-level roles with Coleman, and will provide you with valuable experience that translates into all areas of our business, as well as your long-term career.
After your first few months as an Analyst recruiting experts and learning internal processes, you will begin developing relationships with our network of c-suite experts and opinion leaders. You will continue to source and recruit the most relevant industry experts to answer our clients’ pressing questions. As you gain more autonomy, you will also be tasked with helping to mentor new Analysts - honing valuable leadership skills that will serve you throughout your career.
As a Senior Associate within a Client Management team, you will be responsible for managing your own daily project load, providing client and project coverage and working closely with managers to allocate work to other members of your cohort. You will begin interacting with management consultancies, private equity firms and/or hedge funds on a daily basis. You will be responsible for taking ownership of the project lifecycle from start to finish, and will lead and motivate other members of your team by exemplifying a high standard of work. You will also take on increasing client-facing responsibilities, and will be accountable for directly marketing the right experts to clients. Additionally, you will demonstrate industry-specific expertise, and will handle Coleman’s most complex projects and client requests.
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for motivating, coaching and leading a team of Associates and Senior Associates to meet business and revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with other departments to optimize your team’s workflows, and exhibit a mastery of the skills needed to perform both expert and client-facing functions. You will focus on deepening relationships with clients through daily interaction. You will also be responsible for overseeing projects specific to your client base, and will actively seek out new work and accounts in conjunction with team leads, business development specialists and executive management.
At the Director level, you will take on increasing people management and strategic functions. You will be responsible for acting as a senior external interface with clients, and will lead and develop a team of Managers. You will work closely with Executive Management to develop long-term strategies, and will be in charge of allocating resources to best serve your clientele.
As a Vice President, you will play an integral role in defining corporate operations and shaping the company’s long-term trajectory. You will have ownership of your respective team’s operations and output, and will serve as a motivator, manager and thought leader amongst your colleagues and employees.
